This recipe is prepared using Irish potato and also chili powder to give it that pepperish taste. You will get to know the rest of the ingredients needed soon.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 pieces of Irish Potatoes
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 1/2 tbsp of Chili powder
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Vegetable Oil
POTATO CHIPS PREPARATION
The first thing to do is to peel the Irish Potatoes.


Next you cut the potatoes into round thin slices.


Now wash the sliced potatoes well and drain out the water completely.

When you have drained out the water completely, then you can now add the chili powder.

Add an egg and a little salt to taste.


Then mix it well together.
When all mixed, then you can add the flour to it.

And mix it together.
When done mixing, set the pot of oil on heat and allow to heat up.
When the oil is hot, drop the potatoes slice by slice gently in the oil.

When you are done adding, then allow to fry till it is crunchy.

Note: Make sure to not allow it get burnt when frying.
Pack it out of the oil when all fried and crunchy.
You can serve it hot or allow to cool down a bit depending on how you like yours.
