Below is the full video on how to prepare coated peanut.
The first thing to do is to pick out the bad or rotten groundnut then turn into a bowl.
Wash the groundnut and spread it to dry very well.
When all dried up, pack into a deep and wide bowl.
Sieve the flour into a bowl.
Add the powdered milk, salt and mix well. Then set aside.
Break the eggs and add just the egg white into the bowl.
Whisk the egg a bit, add the sugar and mix very well.
Add the vanilla flavor, mix well and allow for a while so that the sugar can all melt.
Then the coating process begins.
When the sugar is all melted, first of all, add two spoons of the sugar and egg mixture. Shake well so that it goes all round. Sprinkle a little flour and shake well.
Add a tablespoon of the sugar and egg mixture and shake well before adding flour and shaking again.
Keep repeating the step above till the groundnut is all coated with the flour.
When it gets sticky under the bowl, touch the flour with your hand and drag the sticky ones out. Sprinkle some flour and shake.
Set a pot on heat and add vegetable oil. Allow to heat up.
Now fetch the raw coated peanut and add to the oil on heat.
Stir well for a while to avoid burning under.
Mix with time and allow to fry till golden brown before packing out of the oil.
Allow to cool down before serving.
