This is a recipe you can make for breakfast, it does not take much time and is also very easy to prepare.
To make your paste smooth when mixing, use a fork. You can also use a blender or a hand mixer if available. Any of them will do the work.
It gives out that spicy taste and nice aroma because of the fresh Pepper and Onion.
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 Egg
- 3½ teaspoons of Sugar
- 3 pieces of Pepper
- 1 small size Onion
- Butter (for frying)

Turn the milk in a cup, add water and stir till it’s well mixed.
Wash and grate the Pepper, Onion and set aside.
Break the egg in a bowl add the grated Pepper, Onion and stir.
Add the sugar and keep stirring.
Add the mixed milk into the bowl and stir. Note: the paste shouldn’t be too watery or too thick.
Now add the flour bit by bit as you stir with a fork. The fork makes the flour mix well.
Put your frying pan on heat, using a spoon, scoop a little butter and add to the pan and allow to melt.
Using a cooking spoon, fetch the pancake paste put it in round form in the frying pan.
Allow to fry. When it’s a bit golden brown, flip it over and allow the other side fry.
When fried, fold in half and transfer to a plate.
Keep doing that till you are through with frying the paste.
Okay, you are good to serve.
