it is mostly prepared at home because of the appetite which means it can be served as an appetizer.
This salad is really tasty, a source of fiber and cellulose which aids in digestion. A combination of the ingredients provides vitamins to the body.
I love the way it looks when it’s all mixed. The color combination is so beautiful and natural.
You can watch the video below for more details:
So, let’s begin.
Ingredients
- 3 stalks of Lettuce
- 10 pieces of Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 Onion bulb
- 2 1/2 cups of grounded Kuli Kuli
- 3 pieces of Pepper
- 2 Seasoning Cubes
- Salt

Preparation
The first thing to do is to pick the lettuce leaves from its stalk and put in a bowl.
Now add more water to the bowl with the lettuce and wash again.

After cutting, add some salt to the chopped lettuce, add water, mix and allow for 5 minutes.

This is a natural way to kill germs without needing to cook.
While you wait for the lettuce, wash and slice the tomatoes and onions.

Also wash and pound the pepper.
When the 5 minutes is up, pack the lettuce out of the salty water and wash again then turn into a basket and allow to drain.

When the water from the lettuce has drained, pack the lettuce into a dry bowl.

Add the sliced tomatoes and onions to the lettuce.

Also add the pounded pepper then the grounded kuli kuli.

Now add the seasoning cubes and a little salt.
Then the mixing begins.
You can decide to use a spoon or your hand to mix. But it will mix better with the hand.
Now mix it up together.

You can taste it as you mix to ensure the Seasoning is enough. If it isn’t, you should add.
Mix well till the powdered Kuli Kuli is all melted.
When this happens, it is ready to be eaten.
And tadaaaaaaaaaaa… the lettuce salad is ready.

I will love to get your comments on how it tasted.
Enjoy, and have a great day.
