Hello everyone. I’m back with another special recipe. Today we are going to be making mackerel-fish pepper soup.
We have different types of fish and you can cook each of them in different ways.
Mackerel fish is very tasty, chewing it is similar to eating meat.
Let’s start cooking
1 mackerel fish
4 piece of pepper
1 small onion
1 teaspoon of each spice ( Pepper Soup Spice, Powder Nutmeg, Fish Flavor Spice)
2 seasoning cubes
Cut the fish to your required size, wash it and put it in a pot.
Set the pot on heat and add a cup of water. Close your pot and allow to boil for 5 minutes.
After the 5 minutes is up, pour the water away and add another cup of water and put back on the heat.
Wash the pepper, onion and pound or grate and add into the pot and stir using a spoon.
Pick the scent leaves and cut them into small sizes, wash and add to the pot.
Add in the seasoning cubes, salt and spices. Allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Your fish pepper soup is ready to be served.
