Hey guys, I’m back again with another recipe. Today I will be showing you guys how to make Cabbage Sauce.

Okay now that we know your health is my concern, you should get ready with the ingredients that will be used for making the cabbage sauce.
Don’t worry, I will be with you every step of the way.
- 1 Medium Size Cabbage
- 1 sachet of Tomato Paste
- 7 pieces of pepper
- 1 small sized Onion
- 1tin of Vegetable Oil
- Fresh Fish (you can also use meat if you want)
- 4 Seasoning Cube
Below is a complete video on cabbage sauce preparation.
Using a tray, chop your cabbage into small pieces.
Turn it in a bowl and add a tablespoon of salt.
Add water to the cabbage, mix and leave it for 5 minutes.
After the five minutes is up, wash the cabbage 3-4 times and turn it in a basket and allow to drain.
Add your Vegetable oil to the pot.
Wash and grate the Pepper, Onion and add into the pot.
Add the sachet of tomato paste into the pot and turn on the heat.
Cut your fish, wash and add to the pot.
Allow to fry for 5 minutes (ensure to flip it from time to time so it does not burn). Using a small cup, add half a cup of water into the pot, add the Seasoning Cube and Salt and allow to boil for 3 minutes.
Start putting the cabbage into the pot, ensure to stir it so it mixes well with the ingredients.
When you are done, cover your pot and allow to cook for 3 Minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn off the heat.
Your Cabbage Sauce is ready to be served.
Cabbage Sauce is best eaten with White Rice.
